Book Arts Camp for Kids

When Monday through Friday, June 16 – 20, 2014. 9 am to 4 pm. SCA go

Celebrating books in all their forms from letterpress to digital. Give the world your message. Create new fables for our times in this Book Camp for kids ages 8 to 12. The camp is a journey to imagine, write, and illustrate a story that delivers a message the world needs to hear. Campers will produce small books with a title page in letterpress printing and bound into a small handmade storybook.

In conjunction with exhibitions Bibliophoria III, Bound Together: Tablet to Tablet, and Bind, Stitch, Fold: Sonoma County Book Arts Guild which will be shown in SCA’s Galleries.

Fee $100 per child per week.
